This 24/7 facility uses the newest technology to assemble the majority of our shock-absorber production for three separate yet integral production groups Original Equipment (OE), Aftermarket (AM) and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV). We work with our customers to provide the right system for the desired ride from passive monotube shock absorbers to those that are adjustable, we have you covered for the optimal driving experience. Your responsibilities The Cycle Counter is responsible for performing cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified to be reflective of reported inventory. Supports the organization in maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity. Performs inventory cycle counts on raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials on a daily basis. Counts and reconciles randomly chosen part numbers and/or locations on a daily basis. Operates forklift to obtain materials located out of arm reach. Identifies any non-conforming parts and moves them to quality. Assist in developing solutions to shortages, overages, and inventory discrepancies. Your profile Experience operating various forklifts (order filler, stand-up reach, sit down electric, scissor lift) Familiarity in working with large ERP systems (SAP preferred). Ability to physically count articles or products on shelves, racks and pallets with accuracy and efficiency. Possesses good hand-eye coordination and is able to perform detailed work with a strong attention to detail and quality. Position is required to work efficiently in a fast pace, multi-tasking environment, while keeping correct data. Position is required to be able to lift up to 40 pounds, perform repetitious duties and walk or stand for long periods of time on a daily basis. Highly organized with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
