Manufacturing Development Program - Hamburg, PA

Gain first-hand experience across a broad range of functions and departments in a leading beverage manufacturer as a member of our Manufacturing Development Program (MDP). Through this 15-month rotational program, you will be a crucial member of the manufacturing team with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the business by sharing your innovative ideas with team members and leadership. Following the MDP, a participant will be ready to take on a leadership role at one of our Niagara plant locations.

As an MDP participant, you will work with the different departments listed below within a Niagara plant and spend approximately three months working on a Six Sigma Project. Some of the departments you would work with include: *Production *Operations *Engineering *Human Resources *Maintenance *Warehouse *Quality Assurance

Each MDP Participant will spend 1-3 months of their program as Production Supervisor in order to fully understand the scope of the role and its importance to the plant's overall performance. This will provide the MDP a chance to engage their leadership skills and be the "go-to" problem-solver at the plant when it comes to people and technical issues. This piece of the program will help prepare the MDP for a Supervisor role upon graduation.

Essential Functions

During these 15 months, we will focus on your career development through customized training and support. Specific examples include: 180 hours of formalized soft-skill training covering conflict resolution, innovation, cost management, and more. A support staff that includes team members from Niagara Bottling's leadership, MDP alumni, and the Talent Development team; there is always someone willing to guide you through your personal and career development.
