Job Description

Advanced project management on allocated engineering project

Coordination of assignments / responsibilities to project team / supply chain

Performance tracking of the engineering organization to the main milestones

Secure quality and conformity of deliverables to customer, professional defect handling

Financial process including budgeting

Risk and opportunities management

Ensure the coordination between the customer, other providors and Safran in terms of a fully intergrated approach

Develop and report regular engineering performance metrics to plan to all relevant stakeholder

Support the continuous improvement initiatives of the engineering project

Job Requirements

Industrial engineer or comparable professional experience

5 or more years within Aerospace Industrie, preferably knowledge of the Cabin interiors setting

Ability to analyse, visualise and solve overall complex problems and situations

Application of leadership skills for large teams

Good communication and negotiation skils, strictness, honesty

Minimum advanced English as second language in speaking and writing, preferred German language skills

Ability to work in multi cultural milieu

Advanced office skills and affinity to technical work environment, good knowledge of electrical systems

Basic knowledge of structure (ESI/MSI) design

Knowledge of Configuration management, documents / procedures helpful

Knowledge of Manufacturing (Harness/Harness Installation) helpful

Proactive, goal oriented team player

High flexibility and resilience

Very good knowledge of MS Office and PM toolset
