Kuehne+Nagel Global Program Manager Road Logistics - Pharma & Healthcare (f/m/d) in Hamburg, Germany

Our team of experts at KN PharmaChain works tirelessly behind the scene to ensure pharma, healthcare and medtech products are transported according to their unique and stringent requirements.

Your Role

This position will work on global and regional Road Logistics initiatives to enhance our services, and align best practices across regions. In this role, you will contribute to the topline sales growth of our Pharma and Healthcare Road Logistics business by executing projects and initiatives that promote operational excellence in the regions. You will also provide the expertise in developing sustainable products, as well as the necessary technology behind them. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and support to corporate activities in areas such as network design, value added services, and customer projects

  • Initiate and execute regional and global business development and improvement activities

  • Develop and run regional compliance initiatives

  • Oversee operations and user training programs

  • Drive global product standardization between regions and countries

  • Support regions with sustainable product development and technical expertise

  • Monitor and control progress and timeline for projects and activities

  • Gather cross business unit collaboration where needed

Your Skills and Experiences

To be considered, you should possess at least 7 years of experience transporting Pharma & Healthcare shipments. You are well-informed with the supply chain needs of this sector, and the accompanying GDP and quality compliance standards. In addition, you are well-versed in supply chain optimization tools such as Supply Chain Guru, JDA, FourKites etc. When the situation permits, some regional and international travel will be expected.
