In enger Zusammenarbeit mit diversen lokalen und internationalen Teams in der WBD Organisation liegt der Schwerpunkt dieser Aufgabe in der Erstellung von Beteiligungsabrechnungen für Filmproduktionen sowie der Unterstützung von Abschlussarbeiten und weiterer lokaler Finanzprozesse gemäß US-GAAP und Unternehmensrichtlinien.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich...

  • Erstellung von monatlichen, quartalsweisen oder jährlichen Beteiligungsabrechnungen, einschliesslich, aber nicht limitiert auf:

o Produzentenabrechnungen für deutsche und internationale Lokale Filmproduktionen

o Talent-Berichterstattung

o Abrechnungen an Förderungen

o Bearbeitung von Zahlungsfreigaben

o Beantwortung von Fragen und Anforderungen von internen und externen Partnern

  • Unterstützung im Buchungs-, Freigabe und Zahlungsprozess für Filmproduktionen sowie im Bedarfsfall Erstellung von manuellen Rechnungen und Gutschriften

  • Unterstützung bei monatlichen, vierteljährlichen und jährlichen Abschlusstätigkeiten (nach US-GAAP) im Bereich Local Productions

  • Bei Bedarf Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von LP-bezogenen Intercompany-Berichten

  • Dokumentation von Geschäftsprozessen

  • Unterstützung bei der Beantwortung von internen und externen Prüfungsanfragen

  • Übernahme von Adhoch-Anfragen und -Analysen sowie Projekttätigkeiten

Qualifikationen & Erfahrungen...

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung; gerne mit Qualifikation zum Bilanz- oder Finanzbuchhalter

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder Controlling

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der allgemeinen Buchhaltungs- und Berichterstattungspraxis

  • Arbeit in einem multikulturellen Umfeld

  • Hohes Maß an Dienstleistungsbewusstsein und Sinn für Genauigkeit

  • Kommunikativ, teamorientiert und offen für Veränderungen, Fähigkeit zu gut organisierter, genauer und zuverlässiger Arbeit

  • Ausgezeichnete Excel-Kenntnisse

  • Kenntnisse der ERP-Systeme SAP R/3 Modul FI/CO sowie BW

  • Fließend Deutsch in Wort, Schrift und Schrift

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Branchenerfahrung (Theater, Beteiligungen oder Filmproduktion) ist von Vorteil

  • Erfahrungen mit den Berichtsanforderungen eines multinationalen Konzerns und in einem internationalen Geschäftsumfeld sind von Vorteil
