Job Description

• You represent the OEM at the customer's site or by roving, providing technical advises and recommendations on the operation and maintenance of OEM's products, as first interface between customer and the OEM

• You establish and maintain a climate of professionalism, confidence and trust among customers and have an impeccable ethics with regard to the OEM interests

• You listen to customers, understand their needs, monitor and analyze customer satisfaction related to the OEM product support

• You anticipate customer difficulties and recommend solutions defined with the customer support team

• You track & report in dedicated tools the Service Bulletins implementation and Customer Notification Report (CNR) resolution (for Leap programs these activities are key)

• You are an active member of the customer team and attend all meetings requested by the team in coordination with the Customer Support Manager (CSM) or Customer Program Manager

(CPM/CTL).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Aeronautics, Mechanics or equivalent

• Strong technical knowledge of aircraft engine and aeronautic environment

• Several years of experience in operational support and maintenance

• Very good knowledge of OEM environment.

• Attitude to make decisions related to aircraft engines operations and to provide high-quality support without proximity of management.

• High quality communication and behavioral skills, natural diplomacy

• Compliance with customer regulations related to safety, security, environment and internal regulations

In addition:

  • Knowledges/skills in workscoping and engine removal plan

  • Contract services knowledges

  • Shop experience

• Fluent English mandatory

• French knowledge would be a plus

• Eligiblility to obtain a 5 year clean background check to be able to apply for any airport access clearance
