Wir suchen dich als Call Center Agent (m/w/d) mit sehr guten Englischkenntnissen (C1/C2 Niveau) für die Tourismusbranche.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:
• Du bearbeitest Anfragen zu Kreuzfahrten telefonisch oder per Mail (in deutsch und englisch)
• Du achtest stets auf die Einhaltung aller Datenschutzrichtlinien
• Du bist in der Lage in einem dynamischen, leistungsorientierten Umfeld, mit einer messbaren Produktivität, zu arbeiten
• Du eignest dir selbstständig neue Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten an, um aktiv den Arbeitsablauf zu optimieren
Das bringst du mit:
• Deine Englischkenntnisse sind mindestens auf C1 Niveau
• Dein Deutsch ist sehr gut – in Wort und Schrift
• Du verfügst über einen Schulabschluss oder einen gleichwertigen Bildungsabschluss
• Du bringst hervorragende Hörfähigkeiten mit und überprüfst Informationen stets doppelt mit dem Kunden
• Du bist vertraut im Umgang mit dem PC und mit aktueller Telefonietechnologie
• Du bist geduldig und empathisch in der verbalen Kommunikation
