Intel QnR Product Lead in Haifa, Israel

Job Description

In this role, you will own the overall quality and reliability of a silicon product from the early design phases through high volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities maybe of diverse technical nature and will include engaging in all quality aspects related to silicon devices, from the design phase, through fabrication, packaging, testing, and stressing. Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

  • Partnering with architects and designers to ensure all quality and reliability features required for testing, stressing, and evaluating silicone parts are included in the chip design

  • Defining conditions for design teams and accompanying teams in pre-silicon modeling and evaluations

  • Defining the required stresses for product qualification

  • Overseeing the execution of qualification plan to product launch

  • Communicating and coordinating activities with multi-geography teams supporting high volume manufacturing including analysis of large sets of data coupled with statistical evaluations

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. or higher in the areas of Electrical/Material Engineering, Physics or other relevant engineering discipline

  • 3-5 years experience in leading and planning of multidisciplinary projects

  • Strong communication capabilities

  • Proven people skills required to lead teams of peers rather than subordinates

  • Good team player

  • Self-learner with a willingness to explore new domains

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
