Fulfillment Supervisor Job Details:

  • Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday (Occasional overtime)
  • Salary: $65,000 - $70,000/year (Based on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise order pickers, packing associates, and truck unloaders
  • Ensure accurate shipment of products based on orders
  • Manage workload and workflow efficiently
  • Complete production reports and assist the GM as needed
  • Train and manage team performance

Qualifications:

  • Two years of supervisory experience in a 3PL environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent people skills and leadership abilities
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or 5S is a plus
