What you’ll do:

  • Leadership:

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the DevOps team.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DevOps practices with business objectives.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the DevOps team and across the organization.

  • Infrastructure Management :

  • Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) to support the company's services and applications.

  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.Implement and manage containerization and orchestration solutions (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable deployments.

  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):

  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.

  • Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure visibility into the CI/CD pipeline and application performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience in a DevOps role, with proven experience in a leadership capacity.

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
