Position Summary

Primary purpose is to perform the analysis of financial information and data to be used in supporting our business in the attainment of company goals.

Provides deliverable outcome of timely and accurate financial reporting ofbudgeting,forecasting, costing,financial transactions, audits issue, analysis and controls as they relate to each aspect.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare for financial templates/package deck of planning, actual and bridge analysis to submit APAC finance group and Korea management team.

  • Weekly, Monthly, quarterly, and periodical track & monitor ofrevenue, mix, margin and expensecomparison to forecast attained and analysis of variances.

  • Support in finance & accounting aspect by working closely with commercial, marketing and PM teams for revenue outlook, analysis and tracks.

  • Balance sheet and general ledger review and analysis associated with business area(s).

  • Participate in standardcost development and maintenancetasksin SAP modules and other costing systems.

  • Actively participates in identifying and implementingprofitabilityand working capital improvements. (pipelines track, record and monitors)

  • Follow up internal audits process. SOX and internal control system development and maintenance

  • Work on both BU finance team internal tasks and company-wide cross-functional teams to improve systems and profitability in the respect of financial and accounting functions as required.

Qualification

  • Graduated from University (majoring in Accounting, Business Administration, Economicsor etc) / 4년제 상경계열 전공

  • 5–7years experience in finance & accounting.

  • Experience in manufacturingcompany, automotive industry or global companybackground preferred .

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, accounting software and ERP (SAP, Hyperion,PBC,One Stream) desired

  • Ability in English communication is highly preferred.
