Bear Track Inn Restaurant Server in Gustavus, Alaska

Are you looking for an Adventure this Summer? This is a seasonal position and where ROOM and BOARD is provided. We are looking for a skilled Waiter or Waitress for a remote upscale luxury lodge in Southeast Alaska for the summer season. The Bear Track Inn is a family run lodge in Gustavus, Alaska and sits on 90+ acres off the Icy Straits of Alaska near Glacier Bay National Park. This is a remote location with a small town 6 miles away. Your responsibilities would be: Providing excellent wait service to ensure guest satisfaction. Taking customer orders, delivering food and beverages, cashier, general cleaning and sanitizing. Making menu/wine recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons. Perform all basic activities in restaurant such as helping prep salads and desserts, making coffee, and keeping the dining room clean and organized. Experience with fine wines is a plus! Must be 21 years of age. The right Waiter/Waitress uplifts the dining experience for customers.
