What You Will Do

  • Works under only general direction

  • Timely completion of all tasks as per the project plan

  • Ensure quality code deliveries using code review, unit testing, etc.

  • Helping team in authoring and updating technical documents.

  • Work with other remote and on-site development teams

  • Direct the technical activity of subordinate software engineers remotely and on-site

  • Provide input to project management on scheduling, milestone achievement, and project challenges

  • Learn and adopt new technologies to improve product performance & quality.

  • Compliance to Quality Management System and Design Controls.

What You Need

Primary

  • Bachelor's or Masters in CS/EE or related degree with experience in medical image visualization and processing.

  • Minimum of 6+ years of related experience.

  • Extensive experience with the design and development of image analysis solutions.

  • Thorough understanding of camera ISP

  • Strong understanding of Image Quality concepts

  • Demonstrated fluency in C/C++( 14 & above), Python, and software engineering skills

  • Hands-on experience in Linux and embedded Linux environments.

  • Hands-on experience in GPU programming with ITK, CUDA, OpenCV, and OpenCL is a plus.

  • Understanding of AI model optimization techniques using frameworks like TensorRT, Pytorch, and TensorFlow is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience with CUDA and other accelerated computing libraries with the view of being able to accelerate algorithms on the GPU is a plus.

  • Experience with embedded and desktop GPU computing hardware.

  • Ability to quickly develop a prototype while thinking about future capabilities and modularity of developed software components

  • Analytical thinker with the ability to get to the roots of a problem

  • Interested in Development and Rapid Prototyping efforts.

Additional

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively able to collaborate with multiple teams across geographically diverse areas.

  • Team oriented; strong interpersonal skills and Leadership to take initiatives to completion independently in a collaborative environment.

  • Good understanding of Agile principles

  • Must be an excellent team player and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • OpenGL/Vulcan experience is a plus.
