Core Banking Platform

finova's Core Banking Platform includes the UK market-leading cloud-based origination software and integrated in-life servicing software. Senior Engineer

About you:

  • Should have a total experience of up to 5 - 8 years in designing and development of applications in C# .NET Framework, MVC 5, ASP .NET, Windows Form

  • Have experience in Agile methodology

  • Have undertaken Product configuration based on the requirements.

  • Been Involved in the Unit Testing of the Application.

  • Are aware of N-Unit Testing

  • Have an understanding of complex architecture.

  • Ability to well document code as per Microsoft standards.

  • Be a logical thinker and have the drive to improve quality of work.

  • Be a team player and knowledge sharing skills of technical functionality to development teams.

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in BFSI domain is an added advantage.

  • Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.

  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments.

  • Analysing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.

  • Development Process Adherence

  • Training staff on software use.

  • Troubleshoot application issues.

  • Should have strong problem-solving skills that allow them to develop software and resolve errors/bugs.

  • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.

What you will be doing:

  • Delivering new functionality and fixes independently that is well thought through, bug-free, and on time

  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as BA's, PM's and Product on implementing features and deploying the Finova enterprise applications.

  • Providing product implementation expertise including system architecture design, application functionality and design, development, testing, and deployment.

  • Providing best development process planning approaches and mentor team on various aspects of development and processes.

  • Will be responsible for reporting of tasks as well.
