How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead a global team of product lifecycle managers for product development projects in the field of Electrification, Automation and Digitalization for our Siemens Energy Industrial customers.

  • Coordination and review of business plans (resources, budget, schedule, milestones, etc.) in cooperation with the respective Strategy, Sales and Execution representatives

  • Responsibility for achieving product and solution development milestones, in alignment with customer requirements and market trends.

  • Extensive knowledge of the challenges of EAD technology and can make technical-economic decisions.

  • Organize and design interfaces with internal and external business partners.

  • Responsible for motivating team members and supporting them in their personal development.

What You Bring

  • Successfully completed studies (Master, Diploma or similar) preferably in the field of engineering, science, business administration or similar. Relevant experience will also be considered.

  • Several years of leadership experience in line, matrix and/or project structures, especially experience in leading interdisciplinary and global teams

  • Excellent communication skills, also in dealing with remote working teams; also, in-depth presentation and moderation skills.

  • Know-how in the field of product commercialization, go to market, marketing, product strategy.

  • Willingness to travel internationally.
