Role Overview:

  • 3+ years of recent experience as a Scrum Master for Software Product Development

  • Must have experience working in a SaaS company.

  • Must have experience working on go-to-market SaaS Products

  • Metrics Driven, experienced with servant leadership and guiding developers, QA, Product engineers to their KPI's

  • Scrum Certification

  • Experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle (2-week sprint schedule)

  • Experience leading distributed software projects.

  • Ok with working with teams in varying time zones.

  • Highly experienced running Daily Stand-ups and ceremonies for development teams

What will make you successful :

  • Experience using Jira or comparable tool to support software development.

  • Business Flow and Release Management experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience
