Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the product management & business stakeholders to ensure smooth product delivery and ongoing optimization

  • Assist in analyzing, managing, and tracking program performance metrics and preparing/presenting results to stakeholders

  • Responsible for managing product financials on an on-going basis

  • Adept at building business case, market sizing models justifying capital ask

  • Owning the capital/funding process during capital cycle

  • Gather feedback from product leadership, finance, product management for maintaining current sales, forecasted sales, revenue projection & tracking key performance indicators

  • Utilize process improvement methodologies to minimize and eliminate inefficient practices

  • Collaborate with product management to ensure product life-cycle stage-gate deliverables are available for business to review and provide signoffs

  • Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization

  • Develop and maintain product documentation and playbooks

  • Assist in managing product roadmaps and timelines

  • Identify and manage risks associated with product delivery and ongoing support

  • Lead/guide a team of product analyst working in product operations

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT engineering or related discipline, preferably from tier 1 or tier 2 institutions

  • Degree in business administration, preferably from tier 1 or tier 2 institutions

  • 10+ years of overall experience and 5+ years in product operations

  • Experience in US healthcare with B2B or B2C companies

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data from multiple data sources and recommend actionable insights

  • Proven excellent presentation skills

  • Proven Self-starter with the ability to leverage critical thinking skills and prioritize one’s work
