Role: Senior Program Manager / Program Leader

Reports into: Associate Director / Finance Director

Overview

The position is responsible for the delivery of FP&A support to the Finance Director and Corporate Management. This person act as Finance Business Partner and will coordinate and organize multiple initiatives being run at Enterprise Level, Cost Optimization Initiatives & related reporting structure. This person will be responsible for corporate financial planning, forecasting for a business group and preparation of various presentations to the Senior Management. The person will have frequent contact with all levels of the Finance organization, Senior Management and Operations.

Tasks & Responsibilities :

Corporate FP&A

· Provide proactive leadership for all operating forecast updates throughout the year as well as the annual operating plan (AOP) and long-range plan (LRP)

· Drive process standardization, simplification, and automation to improve department productivity in alignment with the strategic imperatives within the team,

· Lead and ensure the preparation of the Monthly/Quarterly Results Review, working closely with process leads. Participate and lead monthly reviews of results.

· Perform adhoc analysis for strategic evaluations, financial simulations and excel modelling to provide insightful recommendations and support for management decision making,

· Drive and own global financial initiatives alignment with function along with updates in global FP&A process

· Be a trusted business partner, leveraging financial and business expertise to drive financial decisions

· Help transform the finance organization mindset from backward-looking to forward-looking

· Increasing learning and development opportunities to improve business analytics acumen

· Provide financial counselling in determining feasibility and business impact of new proposals/initiatives.

· Project Management, Lead/participate in strategic initiatives, recommends action and drive closure

· Lead / Support finance digital transformation – inducting tools like Power BI, MS Projects and support intuitive reporting.

Pre-requisites-essential:

  • Minimum 8+ years progressive experience in FP&A domain

  • Chartered Accountants, MBA from Tier1 institute,

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Experience in project management, establishing business systems and process improvements.

· Excellent Power point skills, ERP skills (HFM, Oracle etc.)

· Power BI functional knowledge will be an added advantage,

· Ability to drive strategic decisions, enterprise initiatives,

Prerequisites-preferred:

  • CA/ MBA preferred.

Financial modeling experience/ Project Manager.
