Requirements
Collaborates with cross-functional, global teams to get requirements, timelines, and resource commitments for timely and quality delivery.
Collaborates with stakeholders, business owners to gather detailed requirements.
Collaborates with team members and management to drive out details of the plan.
Support the day-to-day project activities and resources to meet the project objectives.
Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
Provide status reporting for project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Supports projects dashboards and reports to facilitate project data review and analysis.
Delivers full support of the project life cycle.
Works with team to establish standard processes and best practices for project management.
Ensures that operational project processes are followed.
Works independently, as necessary.
Continuously expand knowledge of IT Infrastructure technologies, the business, and areas of specialization.
Perform other duties as required.
Education/Experience
BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Business Management or related field, or equivalent experience of 8+ years of project management.
Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and ability to work and communicate with all levels in the organization.
Strong motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple teams.
Build and maintain relationships by engaging all team members and leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives.
Ability to lead the project team and hold everyone accountable for achieving project and team goals.
Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
Energetic, proactive, ability to learn quickly, and work well in a team environment.
A good understanding of IT Infrastructure architecture, technologies, solutions, and implementations is a plus.
Experience in the automotive domain is a plus.
Organizational Relationships
Interacts with other colleagues at all levels in the conduct of day-to-day activities.
Participates in meetings with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to assess business needs.
