Job Description:

Project Planning, Tracking, & Reporting

• Contribute into the initial coding estimates.

• Support the team in project planning activities and in evaluating risks.

• Communicate regularly with the team about development changes, scheduling, and status.

Design

• Understand assigned detailed (LLD) design and do code development

Qualifications:

  • Good Experience in providing maintenance support for laptop breakfix

  • Excellent understanding on Windows Operating systems, Active Directory

  • Good understanding on MAC Operating systems and JAMF

  • Good experience in handling\managing IT Assets

  • Good experience in troubleshooting Hardware related issues

  • Good understanding on Virtual Desktops such as AWS Workspace and Azure VD

  • Good troubleshooting knowledge on Microsoft Office products

  • Experience in handling IT Helpdesk calls

  • Experience in working on any ITSM tool preferably ServiceNow

  • Good communication skills

  • Experience in supporting AV devices

  • Ready to work in 24*5 rotational shift (Monday through Friday)
