Job Overview

The role holder will be responsible for the Client Implementation and the migration of target processes from the onshore location to offshore (India) location. Additionally, role holder will be responsible to drive key Site level initiatives and represent CSC Gurgaon as a Site communicator

Responsibilities:

  • Key Responsibilities – Client Onboarding and Migrations:

  • • Delivery of all Migration Requirements to migrate processes from onshore location to offshore location• Responsible for completion of all data mapping requirements for all systems impacted Migrations• Collation, monitoring and delivery of all evidencing required by the the Migration framework• Requirements collation for migration approach and execution• Ensure suitable documentation produced to a high standard, as required on all assigned pieces of work to support delivery and ensure a complete audit trail• Communicating risks and issues to the senior stakeholders in a timely manner• Participation in meetings as defined by Migration charter / plan• Responsible for participation and provision of input to any migration tool configuration or build requirements• Complete all Migration testing requirements to prove out migration processes and timings• Raise all issues/concerns identified risks promptly to senior stakeholders• Responsible for input into issue resolution as required• Implementation of Migration runbooks and rulebooks (KSDs)• Supporting the client relationship within the Migration framework• Investigation and explanation/resolution of migration differences to allow client sign-off

  • Key Responsibilities – Site Communicator

  • Site Communications - Pan India & CSC Gurgaon mailers

  • Manage/update CSC Gurgaon Quarterly scorecard

  • CSC Events - Coordinate events (planning, logistics, pics, communications, etc.) –

  • e.g. Equithon, Gratitude, Townhalls, CSC Photoshoot, etc

  • CSC India calls/meetings/events –

  • Represent Gurgaon in CSC India events/forums and promote Gurgaon participation

  • Maintain Site HC, Metrics & Decks –

  • e.g. Monthly HC reconciliation with Site Leadership Team mapping, CSC Gurugram Overview, Site Leadership Org Charts, Client Showcase Area, SLT Bios, TV displays, etc.

  • SSO Decks & mailers –

  • e.g. SSO Gurgaon & Pune Overview, Senior/Client visit decks, adhoc decks, etc.

  • Tasks from CAO

  • SLT Meeting - Publish MOM

  • Site Awards - Nominations/ release awards, et c

Key Skill Sets:

• Excellent organization and analytical skills

• Strong numerical skills

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

• Good working knowledge of MS applications

• High level of attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight timescales

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently

Others:

• Good working knowledge of MS applications, especially Excel

• Business Analysis experience essential

• Previous experience of Data / Process Migration projects essential

• Experience of working in Project teams desirable
