About the role

Established Financial Planning & Analysis professional. Assembles, reviews, and analyzes financial data. Conducts anlaysis and participates in audits and projects.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of monthly forecast and close.

  • Provide support for senior leadership presentations, review analysis

  • Evaluate monthly actual results for reasonableness / variance to Plan / Prior Year / Prior Estimate

  • Assist the development of Annual Operating Plan and the Long Range Planning

  • Reporting weekly sales and order reporting

  • Functional cost forecasting & reporting with focus on granularity & supporting regional/WHQ reporting requirements

  • Drive asset management targets with the business/ operations and functions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • The candidate should be a CA with 4+ years of experience.

  • The candidate should have experience in the FP&A function for a minimum 3-4years.

  • Possesses knowledge of financial analysis techniques, and budgeting/forecasting skills

  • Strong analytical and spreadsheet development skills, along with prior advanced knowledge of financial consolidation systems (HFM preferred) and Excel and presentation (power point)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work with fellow employees and senior management.

  • Adaptable, detail-oriented and works well within a collaborative team

  • A candidate from a multinational corporation would be preferred, but a candidate from a BPO organization need not be considered for this position.
