Demonstrate a good work ethic. Be willing to learn and do necessary work. Possess the ability for advancement. Must have a good attendance record.

The following will be required with minimum help:

  • Brake repair and replacement.

  • Minor electrical diagnostics.

  • Complete service sheet task.

  • Weld and use of oxygen torch.

  • Minor hydraulic trouble shooting.

  • Light duty vehicle repair and knowledge including fork lifts.

  • Ensure the shop and tools are maintained and cleaned.

  • Replacement of parts.

  • Log accurate time, parts and notes in POIMS work orders.
