Demonstrate a good work ethic. Be willing to learn and do necessary work. Possess the ability for advancement. Must have a good attendance record.
The following will be required with minimum help:
Brake repair and replacement.
Minor electrical diagnostics.
Complete service sheet task.
Weld and use of oxygen torch.
Minor hydraulic trouble shooting.
Light duty vehicle repair and knowledge including fork lifts.
Ensure the shop and tools are maintained and cleaned.
Replacement of parts.
Log accurate time, parts and notes in POIMS work orders.
