Salary Range:$80,000.00 To 90,000.00 Annually

Job description

Schedule/Hours: 5am - 5:30pm M-F with Rotating weekends.

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading the maintenance team in day-to-day technical operations, specifically production line maintenance, equipment, preventative, and utility maintenance

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure correct and safe operation of equipment and machinery.
  • Assist with leading the preventative maintenance process, defining processes, driving improvements and achieving KPI targets.
  • Review daily maintenance effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement and work with the Plant team to get resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain engines, conveyors, electrical systems, pneumatic tools and hydraulic equipment through both hands-on support and team leadership
  • Ensure the development and implementation of action plans to address root causes of failures.
  • Build relationships with frontline team members to help create and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Provide day to day leadership for maintenance team members. Effectively communicate safety, quality, technical and training issues to team.
  • Address critical maintenance needs in the facility with urgency to minimize production interruptions.
  • Escalate issues to the Maintenance Manager as needed.

EDUCATION

  • Associate degree in related field or two years plant/general management experience in a manufacturing environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Five or more years of experience in industrial maintenance.
