Job Description

The duties and responsibilities of the Resident Assistant in Personal Care include performing non-skilled personal care tasks for residents as assigned, in accordance with current federal, state and local regulations and policies and procedures of the company. These responsibilities include but are not limited to assistance with Activities of Daily Living, housekeeping, laundry, serving meals and medication management.

High school diploma or GED preferred

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 10th grade education or comparable work experience and work-related education. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and have verification that he/she is not listed on the “Mississippi Nurses Aide Abuse Registry” as required by the State of Mississippi Department of Health; ability to read, write and understand verbal and written instructions; must be able to perform skills as learned through continuous on-the-job training.
