Job Description

1.Pilot the metallurgical lab building, including Lab construction, Equipment & consumables CDC, follow purchasing progress, equipment and materials, acceptance.

2.Establish the lab management system according to ISO17025 & NADCAP & SAE procedures,and pass the qualification.

3.Issue the instructions for the test activities, including machines operation, sampling preparation and inspection.

4.Responsible for testing plans and perform the metallurgical cut up, issue and archive the report.

5.Manage the metallurgical lab daily work, including machines Lv1 maintenance, consumables purchasing, 5S, HSE relevant activities.

6.Train and qualify others about metallographic operations, especially the sample preparation.

7.Responsible for metallographic technical support, research and development of metallographic testing methods for different materials based on customers' requirements.

8.Other activities assigned by Quality Manager.

Job Requirements

1.Familiar with ISO17025 & NADCAP.

2.Experienced in the metallurgical lab management, skilled to perform metallurgical cut up.

3.Proficient in metallurgical test, including cutting, mounting, polishing, and inspection.

4.Fluent in written and oral English, good at Word, Excel, PPT.

5.Good quality sense, ownership sense for work.

  1. Bachelor degree, majored in Casting, metallurgical, or mechanical.
