JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Analyst

LOCATION: Guangzhou, China

REPORTS TO: Senior Analyst, Supply Chain

JOB SUMMARY:

The Supply Chain Analyst plays an important role in ensuring key suppliers’ on time delivery to support global sales demand and balance targeted stock level.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Keep close communication with Asian suppliers to ensure effective order fulfillment; Work with internal functions including sourcing, quality & engineering, to solve highlighted issues.

  • Release purchase orders and maintain accurate PO data in SAP; Negotiate with suppliers in MOQ and ETD. Update PO status to global regions at weekly basis.

  • Manage supplier delivery performance; Analyze the delay root cause to improve supplier on-time-delivery and flexibility.

  • Review forecast and stock data closely and to meet demand request and balance stock level.

  • Communicate closely with global supply planners and forecast team on demand change, analyze and execute pull in and push out actions.

  • Act as region/Account leader in consolidating data and coordinating issues by day to day follow ups and weekly meeting (optional).

  • Communicate closely with Coleman regions’ S&OP teams on product demand forecast and inventory to decide product ordering schedule and quantity.

  • Identify opportunities and provide suggestions for lead time reduction.

  • Manage key suppliers’ performance KPI and conduct quarterly reviews.

  • Work on proactive actions including suppliers’ capacity analysis and supplier supply chain audit to reduce delivery risk caused by suppliers’ capacity and internal process issues.

  • Analyze suppliers’ performance and provide improvement suggestions, monitor suppliers’ correct action plan.

  • Support logistics to ensure smooth shipment.

  • Actively communicate with other regions for potential risks and mitigation plan

  • Tasks assigned by Supply Chain Purchasing Manager

  • Serves as back up to other team members on order management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2+ years of working experience on order management, planning, merchandiser and logistics

  • Working experience in international company is preferred

  • In-depth knowledge of strategic purchasing, logistics and customer service

  • Demonstrated leadership, team work spirit and coaching skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within deadline and prioritize effectively

  • Strong interpersonal skill, problem solving and service oriented

  • Familiar with SAP and Microsoft tools

  • Good English written and spoken communication skills

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills

  • Proactive and “can do” mentality
