Copeland Senior Sales Engineer, Refrigeration and Cold Chain in Guangzhou, China

As Senior Sales Engineer, Refrigeration & Cold Chain, You will:

  • Develop and handle retail solutions sales channels in China, including contractors, Original Equipment Manufacturers and direct end-users, setting annual sales target to grow market share and drive accomplishment.

  • Lead the channel development plan to achieve balanced growth continuous improvement in channels business development, inventory management, customer experience, etc.

  • Drive new product and market penetration plans.

  • Implement product positioning plan and handle pricing structure.

  • Provide accurate monthly rolling forecast to ensure on time product manufacturing and delivery schedule.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely support to distributors.

Required education, experienced and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in HVAC or Engineering or Electronics.

  • 5 years or above working experience in the field of electronics control, CDU & compressor, with technical background is preferable.

  • 5 years or above working experience in channel management with wholesalers and Original Equipment Manufacturers.

  • Customer oriented and critical to market dynamics.

  • Collaborative and a good teammate.

  • Strong communication skill and execution capability.

  • Good command of English.
