What will you do if join us?
• Understand and analyze the Geared Motors target market, competitors, and business opportunities in defined region.
• Builds a solid market related network of stakeholders and develop new customers independently.
• Cooperate with technical team and other internal departments’ support .
• Visit customers regularly and establish good and effective long-term relationships.
• Initiate, motivate suitable activities and keep track of progress and implementation in order to achieve the business targets.
• Others assigned by the manager.
• 了解和分析区域内的减速电机目标市场、竞争对手和商业机会。
• 建立完善公司业务市场相关的客户网络，独立开发新客户的能力。
• 获得技术人员和公司内部其他部门的支持和配合。
• 定期拜访客户并建立良好有效的长期合作关系。
• 积极主动地采取行动，以达到业务目标。
• 经理交办的其他任务。
What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Bachelor or above, mechanical or electric motor related background;
• Good presentation and communication skill;
• Good logic thinking and data analysis ability;
• Willing to travel;
• Good knowledge in geared motor or gear box industry is preferred.
• Quick leaner and good business sense.
