Job Description

PURPOSE

  • Develop and implement comprehensive competency assessments and talent profiling initiatives to accurately identify high-potential employees and key talents within the organization.

  • Design, manage, and execute high-potential talent projects, ensuring their strategic alignment with the organization's goals and the developmental paths of employees.

  • Optimize learning content and pathways to expedite talent growth and bolster organizational capabilities, guaranteeing alignment with strategic objectives and the efficacy of talent development efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Talent Development Project Design and Implementation:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive competency assessments and talent profiling to identify high-potential employees and key talent within the organization.

  • Design and manage high-potential talent projects, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals and employee development paths.

  • Optimization of learning content and pathways to accelerate talent growth and organizational capability building, ensuring their alignment with strategic objectives and effectiveness in talent development.

2.Assessment Tool and Standard Development:

  • Innovate and create tailored assessment tools and standards suitable for varied scenarios, improving the accuracy and efficacy of talent evaluation and development processes.

  • Collaborate with other departments to design and implement assessment tools that meet their specific needs, facilitating cross-functional talent development initiatives.

3.Best Practices Extraction and Application:

  • Systematically extract, document, and disseminate best practices derived from talent development projects, converting these insights into actionable strategies for future initiatives.

  • Responsible for transforming successful strategies and methodologies from different business contexts into case studies, teaching materials, and assessments, thereby facilitating the broad dissemination and application of best practices across the organization.

  • Engage in continuous research and analysis to identify and codify new best practices, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of talent development and management strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Level of Education

Bachelor’s degree

Working Experience in Relevant Field

Experience in developing talent profiles, assessment tools, and comprehensive training courses is preferred.

Professional Knowledge and Skills

  • Educational Design and Innovation: Possess exceptional instructional design skills, with the ability to innovate and optimize course content and teaching methods for different product lines.

  • Standards Setting and Maintenance: Ability to establish and maintain talent development standards and assessment tools that align with product line characteristics.

  • Leadership and Training: Strong leadership and training skills, capable of effectively guiding and enhancing the professional level of the in-house trainer team.

  • Project Management: Demonstrated excellence in managing and coordinating learning projects, ensuring successful implementation.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-team and departmental environment.

  • Analysis and Evaluation: Ability to conduct in-depth analysis of training needs and evaluate course effectiveness, ensuring the quality and impact of training activities.

  • Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Maintain continuous learning and adaptability in the rapidly changing field of training and education, keeping up with the latest educational trends and technologies.
