Description and Requirements
职位描述：
供应商质量管理工程师，负责笔记本电池从开发到量产，端到端的质量控制与管理，并与相关部门紧密合作，确保高品质的产品输出。
- 试产阶段：
(1) 在新产品开发阶段，及时解决新品批量试制过程中的电池相关问题， 协助供应商快速提升产品的良率.帮助和指导供应商早期识别产品的设计局限，以及生产制造环节的质量管控风险并制定预防方案.
- 量产阶段：
(1) 供应商的质量表现监控，对于超标的或者异常点提出改善计划并执行相关对应纠正措施。
(2) 质量问题处理（包括不限于设计问题，材料问题和制造问题等）时，能够独立领导供应商和运用研发资源一起进行FA，并快速提供风险评估结果（对生产以及售后终端客户的影响），并找到解决方案. 提供纠正预防改进措施.
(3) 对于售后发生的与电池问题，能够及时提供风险评估，并指导供应商进行分析，并提供解决方案。
- 供应商稽核：
包括新供应商稽核，新设备，新产品稽核以及质量问题的现场追踪
职位要求：
本科或以上学历，电子相关专业。
品质或研发相关背景，5年以上电池Pack或Cell的直接工作经验
熟悉电池相关技术，擅长电池相关的失效分析，了解失效机理. 对于风险评估，能够在质量分析过程中深入挖掘并准确展示相关技术数据和资料.
了解可靠性系统和信赖性相关性的分析，熟悉统计分析的相关知识
具有良好的沟通能力，熟练掌握数据的分析逻辑与技巧，并能进行合理的汇总和呈现
能够适应高节奏工作环境.
优先条件：
- 电池研发背景或工作经验者优先.
Position Description:
Supplier Quality Engineer, responsible for NB Battery supplier quality management which is handling end to end supplier quality management from NPI to EOL, working with cross functional teams to ensure high quality product.
1.NPI Stage:
Work closely with cross functional team in NPI stage for issue debugging and trouble shooting,
Help suppliers to increase yield rate quickly when bring up of new products.
Guide suppliers to identify risks and design limitation at early development phase, as well as the risk in manufacturing, and review solutions.
2.MP stage (Mass production):
Monitor supplier’s performance, make action plans, and carry out counter measure when performance is over target.
Line Quality issues handling, (include but not limited as design problem, material issue, manufacturing problems, etc.), work independently with suppliers and resource from RD to conduct FA, and quickly provide the results of risk assessment (impact on the production and end customer), review and fix corrective actions.
Field issue handling, provide the risk assessment of battery related issues and guide suppliers to analyze and provide the solution.
3.Supplier Audit:
Including new supplier audit, new facility, new products, quality issue follow up.
Position Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, or related major in Electronic Engineering
2.EE or equivalent electrical & quality background with 5+ years of direct experience dealing with battery commodities.
3.Familiar with NB battery related technology: good at battery related failures analysis, understand failure mechanism, skillful in risk assessment, capable to summarize and present technical data during issue handling.
4.Understanding of quality and reliability systems and statistics
5.Excellent communication, presentation & analytical skills
6.Adapt to work in high paced environment.
