Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Change Management and Communication:
  1. Effectively manage change throughout the digital transformation process, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and supported.

  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan to keep stakeholders informed about the progress of the digital transformation initiative.

  3. Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in.

  • Project Implementation and Support:
  1. Collaborate with project teams to design, develop, and implement digital solutions for the finance function.

  2. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and process maps.

  3. Provide training and support to end users on new digital solutions.

  4. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Support System (PSS) activities to ensure the successful deployment of new systems.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assess the current state of the finance function and identify opportunities for digital transformation

  • Lead and manage digital transformation projects from start to finish

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital technologies and trends

  • Provide guidance and support to other team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, with 2+ years as a lead implementer

  • Experience with CO module implementation is a plus

  • Familiarity with production manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and sales modules

  • Experience in designing and implementing financial process systems

  • CBAP or other business analysis certification is a plus

  • Fluent in Japanese, English, and Mandarin Chinese (both spoken and written)

  • Strong change management and communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects on time and within budget

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
