Job Summary

Objectivo del Puesto:

Desarrollar e implementar Mejoras en los procesos, asegurando que la capacidad de los equipos sea usada correctamente, cambios de modelo optimizados. Toma de acciones correctivas y preventivas para solución de problemas usando las metodologías establecidas. Control y reducción en generación de Scrap. Asegurar que los equipos operen de una manera segura. Responsable de la introducción de nuevos productos en el área Asegurar compra de herramental asi como asegurar su disponibilidad. documentación necesaria para la operación.

Conocimientos requeridos:

  • PFMEA

  • 5's

  • Lean Manufacturing

  • 8Ds, A3, herramientas de causa raiz

  • Balanceo de líneas y creación de Std Works

Habilidades necesarias:

  • Manejo del personal

  • Toma de decisiones

Responsabilidades

  • Monitoreo y actualizacion de KPI asignados, implementar acciones para mantenerlo dentro de objetivo.

  • Mantener la rastreabilidad del producto a lo largo del proceso.

  • Diseño de Stenciles,Mejora en Herramentales para SMT Y TH.

  • Generación y/o actualizacion de documentación de proceso (ayudas viduales / Hojas de Parametros/desviaciones de proceso, documentación de trabajo Std).

  • Progaramacion de Equipos SMT, NPI , Analisis de causa Raiz , implenetacion de mejoras en SMT , Reduccion de CT

Requisitos

  • Al menos 3 años en la industria

  • Carrera universitaria concluida

  • Inglés conversacional
