The Field Sales Representative is an entry-level position responsible for providing customer service assistance and meeting sales targets for financial products and services within their assigned district or location, in coordination with the broader Consumer Sales Team. The overall objective is to utilize a wide range of product knowledge to build relationships with clients in order to recognize which financial products and services meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain high value accounts by providing expert and professional advice and promoting high level portfolios and other financial products
Perform the necessary processes, procedures and verbal dialogues to effectively customize offers and cross sell an expansive set of products and services to existing customers
Analyze new and existing client interests, problems, and potential need for new products and services
Receive and process service requests for clients to achieve their transfer and have a low percentage of rejections in customer certifications
Develop and maintain product and service knowledge as well as remain current on applicable regulations by attending internal training programs
Achieve or exceed decided sales targets set by management
Adhere to strict laws and regulations governing Telesales practices in a complex sales environment
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of relevant experience
Previous experience in financial sales preferred
Proficient computer and technology skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Working knowledge of relevant financial regulations
Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
Demonstrated Influencing and relationship management skills
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent

Es responsable de asesorar al cliente, generando experiencias extraordinarias positivas a fin de establecer relaciones al largo plazo basados en la correcta asesoría, identificando los beneficios del producto que atiendan sus necesidades, en consecuencia, se haga uso del mismo y cumplir con los objetivos del negocio.
Responsabilidades
Asesoramiento experto y profesional para promover Tarjetas de Crédito que resulten en una relación duradera con el cliente.
Cumplimiento de los procesos, procedimientos y diálogos verbales necesarios para entregar al cliente una Tarjeta de Crédito que cubra sus necesidades y en consecuencia haga uso de ella.
Analizar los intereses, problemas y posibles necesidades de los clientes para que a partir de los beneficios de la Tarjeta de Crédito se atiendan.
Procesar solicitudes de trámites para que los clientes logren a partir de la transacción satisfacer su necesidad.
Desarrollar y mantener el conocimiento de su producto y servicios, así como mantenerse actualizado sobre las políticas aplicables al negocio.
Lograr los objetivos de experiencia del cliente y de entrega de Tarjetas de Crédito determinados por el negocio.
Cumplir con las leyes y regulaciones estrictas que rigen las prácticas de venta.
Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y salvaguardando a Citibanamex, sus clientes y activos, impulsando el cumplimiento de las leyes, reglas y regulaciones aplicables, adhiriéndose a la Política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido con respecto al comportamiento personal, prácticas comerciales y escalar, administrar y reportar problemas de control con transparencia.
Necesidades de perfil
2 a 4 años de experiencia en ventas, si la experiencia es mayor a un año y el perfil cumple el resto de los requisitos , se puede considerar el candidato.
Experiencia previa en asesoría y venta de productos financieros
Facilidad para el manejo de dispositivos (Tableta)
