Warehouse Supervisor
Description
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Providing leadership and improvement focus for warehouse operations including transportation and packaging operations.
Ensuring internal and external customer requirements are met through the Cummins Operating System.
Providing safe working environment for all Accelera by Cummins and contract employees.
Managing daily operations across functions to ensure a dependable and efficient supply chain.
Leading annual operating plan, forecasts, and other measurements for Parts Distribution Center operations.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following competencies:
Experience utilizing warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse.
Ability to concisely explain and/or elaborate multi-disciplined and end-to-end integration of the flow of information, products, and services.
Solid background building strong-identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals.
Relevant background experience is required.
College, university, or equivalent degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related subject required.
Intermediate/Advance level of English (B2).
