SYNNEX Corporation Project Manager - Business Transformation in Groveport, Ohio

About the Role: The purpose of this position is to drive process redesign through identifying areas needing improvement, collaborating with the proper stakeholders and influencing the team to define a solution. This position will help value and process map the end to end solution and help the team identify upstream and downstream impacts to the solution. This position will then ensure a project plan is defined, track status and keep the team on track to complete tasks identified in the project plan. They will help identify barriers and either remove them or escalate them. This position will provide status updates on both individual and overall project progress to management and potentially executives. What You'll Do: Identify process alignment and redesign opportunities and stakeholders needed to solve and implement (30%) Facilitate value and process mapping sessions to define solutions with teams (40%) Work with other project managers to ensure no duplication of project work (10%) Ensure activities are on track and team members are completing their tasks (10%) Collaborate with managers and executives about status of process improvement projects (10%) Other Duties & Responsibilities: Additional duties as assigned Meets attendance and punctuality standards What We're Looking For: Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency. Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information. Able to create and conduct formal presentations. Able to interact effectively with all levels of management. Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive. Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion. Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others. Experience: 3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience. Education & Certifications: Bachelor's Degree with Agile Coach or Consultant Field of Study preferred. Some College with Agile Coach or Consultant field of study required.
