Description We are seeking a Billing Clerk to join our team in Grove City, Pennsylvania. The role involves performing various tasks related to finance and accounting, particularly in the processing and management of customer billing. The position is located onsite and offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in billing and accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly.

• Resolve customer inquiries related to billing and accounts.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services for financial operations.

• Perform computerized billing functions using EHR System and Epic Software.

• Manage accounting functions and ensure adherence to established standards.

• Maintain accounts receivable (AR) and ensure timely collection.

• Answer inbound calls from customers regarding billing inquiries.

• Ensure compliance with billing functions and collections standards. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Billing Clerk or in a similar role.

• Proficient in using accounting software systems.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required.

• Familiarity with computerized billing is essential.

• Experience with EHR SYSTEM and Epic Software is desirable.

• Proficiency with About Time software is a plus.

• Solid understanding of accounting functions.

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.

• Ability to handle answering inbound calls professionally.

• Familiarity with billing functions.

• Knowledge of billing and collections procedures.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
