Responsibilities: - Assist customers and business partners promptly and courteously via telephone and email channels. - Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and efficiently. - Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues with keen attention to detail. - Monitor the progress of delivery routes and ensure timely resolution of any issues. - Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps accurately. - Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders with precision. Requirements: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - High school diploma or equivalent qualification. - At least 1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment. - Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to satisfactorily resolve issues. - Exceptional multitasking abilities with superb organizational skills. - Capacity to thrive under pressure and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.
