Primary Functions: Conducts accounts receivable accounting functions, including the processing of customer invoices, reconciliation of accounts, general ledger account coding, and maintenance of records related to accounts receivable. Duties and Responsibilities: Daily processing of customer invoices and receipts Monitoring and tracking of recurring monthly receivables Responding to customer inquiries and requests Daily processing of customer payments Month-end accrual reporting for outstanding receivables Maintaining an accurate credit log Reviewing and approving new customer credit applications and changes Adhoc reporting and additional duties as assigned Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Experience: 3-5 years of automated accounting/accounts receivable preferrable Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook Education: Associates Degree in Accounting or related field of study or related experience.
