TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Greenwood Village, Colorado
Description:
Respond to customer’s (borrowers & lenders) needs for system support and training.
Set up and maintain accurate records in database.
Maintain security and integrity controls of customer data for lending and Decisioning criteria.
Provide field representative support and assist with various department projects, as needed.
Support sales reps related to back office follow-up, special reports, letters or faxes to dealers.
Qualifications:
MUST HAVES:
1-2 years of experience in a call center environment
Willing to learn/eager to find a career
Strong written and oral communication skills
Be able to work in a team environment
GED or High School Diploma
