Office Building Management Company seeks maintenance workers, with or without trades experience to start as soon as possible. Must have good command of the English language. Skills would include any kinds of hands on trades work, door hardware, steel studs,drywall, glass work, framing, electrical, labour etc. Wages (depending on experience and skills between $13 -$25 per hour. Location Arapahoe & I-25, All workers must provide references and some background checks, vehicles and drivers license's preferred, benefits to be discussed. Candidates should be organized, reliable, self motivated, willing to learn, on time every day etc. Duties could include anything from changing light bulbs,removing carpets, painting, drywall, organizing maintenance shop, work orders, snow shoveling to framing walls, installing glass, drywall, painting etc. E-mail resumes please.
