We are searching for a committed HR Director to join our client in Greenwood, South Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the administration of human resources policies, programs, and practices, ensuring compliance with pertinent organizational policies, procedures, and all State and Federal requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the administration of human resources policies, programs, and practices

• Ensure compliance with pertinent organizational policies and procedures

• Abide by all State and Federal requirements related to human resources

• Utilize various skills such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Kronos Timekeeping System, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, C-Suite, Employee Relations to perform job duties

• Directly manage and interact with all areas of Human Resources

• Maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Administer health, short and long-term disability, life insurance, and retirement plans

• Oversee all aspects of employee relations within the organization

• Utilize resources effectively to manage and resolve human resource related inquiries

• Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a HR role.

• Proven expertise in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now is required.

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential.

• Proficiency in using Ceridian and Kronos Timekeeping System is necessary.

• Demonstrated knowledge in Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration is crucial.

• An understanding of Compliance within the healthcare sector is mandatory.

• Must be adept at interacting and building relationships with C-Suite level executives.

• Should possess strong skills in managing Employee Relations.

• Candidates must be able to legally work in the location of the job without sponsorship.

• Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

• Professional HR certification, such as SHRM-CP or SPHR, is desirable.

• Must have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely analysis are required.

• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.

• Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively are required.

• Must have excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
