Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Septic Contractor to join our team. Our company has been providing property management companies with clear and effective maintenance and turn-key services for 14 years, delivering quality repairs and clear communication to residents and homeowners. As a Septic Contractor, you will be responsible for providing septic system services to our clients, ensuring that their systems are properly installed, maintained, and repaired. You will work alongside our dedicated team of professionals to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and the safe operation of septic systems.

Responsibilities

  • Inspecting and assessing septic systems to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.

  • Installing and connecting septic tanks, drain fields, and distribution boxes according to established guidelines and regulations.

  • Pumping and cleaning septic tanks on a routine basis.

  • Repairing or replacing damaged pipes, fittings, and components of septic systems.

  • Performing maintenance tasks on septic systems to ensure proper functioning and prevent malfunctions or failures.

  • Providing guidance and information to clients on septic system care and maintenance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • General Liability Preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in septic system installation, maintenance, and repair.

  • Knowledge of local regulations and guidelines related to septic systems.

  • Ability to operate specialized machinery and tools necessary for septic system work.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Living currently in the US
