Utilities Service, LLC Resource Coordinator in Greenville, South Carolina

We are currently seeking a Resource Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for energetic professionals who enjoy working outdoors and value the freedom of working independently. Pay Range for this role is $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on relevant education, experience, and industry-specific certifications.

WHAT WE OFFER:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Will respond to data inquires.

  • Perform database update tasks.

  • Manage the administration of ESRI and Smallworld software products and databases.

  • Manage specialized databases and spreadsheets, entering data and generating reports with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Manage all database-related tasks, generate work requests and various reports, conduct queries and research, perform edits and back-ups, update programs and files, and maintain the integrity and security of the database.

  • Support field crews and arborists with reports, maps, spreadsheets, etc.

  • Operate system forestry computer programs and record systems.

  • Perform duties in a manner that will promote and maintain good public relations and an open line of communication with management.

  • Possess good communication skills with field staff and office staff.

  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors.

  • Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

  • Must be able to work alone and sit for long periods of time.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for

  • Advanced creation and use of formulas

  • Ability to create a variety of charts and graphs

  • Ability to create pivot tables

  • Use of multi-sheet workbooks

  • Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem solving and multi-tasking abilities and show attention to detail.

  • Must have strong organizational skills.

  • Must have 2- 5 years experience in UVM, Forestry, Horticulture, or a related field.

  • Must have strong Tree ID skills.

  • Must be proficient in GIS Technology.

WHAT WOULD BE AMAZING TO HAVE:

  • Degree in Forestry, Environmental Science or related field.

  • Two years GIS Experience strongly desired.

  • Extensive understanding of the ESRI Suite, Geodatabases, Oracle databases, ArcGIS Online, Arcview, Arc Editor, and ArcInfo, etc.

  • Knowledge of how processes work, timelines, data flow, etc.

  • Skill/experience with financial software a plus.

  • Being Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
