Job Description

Our Marketing - Graphic Design and Video Specialist  is responsible for creating engaging graphic design and video content for marketing, branding, and other internal and external marketing strategies. A great candidate will possess a strong marketing background in a professional environment and have the ability to collaborate with the marketing team to create and build B2C, B2B, and internal marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating relevant, original, informative, and high quality content (reels, videos, images) for appropriate social media platforms to engage the target audience.

  • Graphic design of static digital content for social media, company website, email and newsletter usage, as well as printed fliers, postcards, and company t-shirts.

  • Videography of short-form and long-form projects for in-house and social media use.

  • Storyboarding, indoor video shoots, editing, and refining audio, motion, and video footage into a cohesive and compelling story.

  • Set-up and break down of all required video, audio, and lighting equipment at each video shoot.

  • Still product photography and editing in a timely manner to continually improve our website content.

  • Creating engaging and informative content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.

  • Coordinating with management on design projects both proactively and on demand.

    Qualifications and Skills

  • Must provide Portfolio and/or professional examples when applying

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, as well as either PremierPro or Final Cut

  • 3+ years professional experience in graphic design and videography and editing

  • Creative eye for design

  • Critical eye for videography shoots

  • Ability to work well  in a fast-paced environment without frequent guidance

  • Willingness to learn a unique industry

  • Ability to handle requests from multiple directions while maintaining quality, pace, and composure

  • Some knowledge of current social media platforms and trends

  • Ability to both collaborate with a team and to work independently

  • Strong proof-reading skills and detail-oriented
