In addition to Financial Transaction Specialist, Servicer Ops duties, the FTS - Reconciliation Specialist & Servicer Ops II is responsible for the timely reconciliation of bank and collections activity. This critical role enables daily cash sweeps to the lender accounts. A successful candidate will take ownership of the reconciliation process and work with peers and management to resolve items that cannot be resolved by the individual.

Treasury Operations is a deadline-oriented department with high payment volumes that adapts to changing business needs. A successful candidate is a team player who accommodates changing priorities while maintaining high quality. Strong candidates will be process minded, have high attention to detail, and a desire to take full ownership of their role.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 3-4 years reconciliation experience, preferably in financial services industry.

  • Ability to prioritize workload based on business impact.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Advanced Math Skills.

  • Advanced Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills.

  • Detailed oriented.

  • Strong Organizational Skills.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and individually.

  • SQL knowledge (Preferred).

  • BA in Accounting, Business Administration or other related field, or appropriate combination of education and experience (required).
