Job Description

As an E-Commerce Website Administrator your job will involve a mix of basic web programming and design to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and expansion of our online presence. You'll play a key role in listing new products, updating existing ones, and implementing changes to improve the store's presentation and performance. You will also support marketing efforts with technical expertise. You’ll collaborate with various teams, including Customer Support, R&D, and Production, to maintain clear and accurate communication on our web storefront. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Product Listing: Write and update product listings on the e-commerce website and internal systems. Use built-in WYSIWYG tools to customize web pages and create content that promotes products and current marketing goals.

  • Website Maintenance: Investigate page performance and troubleshooting, and modify the website using basic HTML, CSS,  jQuery, and Javascript.

  • SEO: Apply SEO strategies to product listings and content to improve search engine rankings and visibility. 

  • User Experience: Assist with efforts to improve the overall customer experience on the e-commerce site, such as gathering customer feedback and helping to implement website enhancements. 

  • Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns. Help to create and send out email marketing campaigns, including promotions, and customer communications.

  • Reporting: Help compile reports on website traffic, sales data, and marketing campaign performance.

  • Research: Research and track competitor strategies and pricing.
