As the Supervisor, Mfg Equipment Maintenance, you will play a critical role in ensuring the flawless operation of our world-class manufacturing equipment. Your ambition and proven leadership skills will drive your team to compete with the best in the industry. You will strictly adhere to safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and determine effective strategies to successfully implement maintenance plans and improve troublshooting efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient equipment operation

  • Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, implementing timely repairs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldor

  • High School diploma or GED. Eight (8) + years of applicable maintenance experience with two (2) + years of supervisory, group lead or related experience (directing people and activities) may be considered for equivalency to education.or

  • Associate’s degree in a college curriculum with a concentration in mechanical technology or related field is preferred. Five (5) + years of applicable maintenance experience required, with two (2) + years of supervisory, group lead or related experience (directing people and activities).
