Put a LIFT in Your Career! Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. (HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Project Administrator-Operator Assisted Systems, at our facility located in Greenville, NC.

As a Project Administrator-OAS, you will provide support to our dealers and customers specific to the Hyster and Yale Emerging Technology solutions. This individual will require in-depth knowledge of our solution platform and project management processes in order to provide timely support. This individual will have to coordinate activities with our dealers and our technology partners as emerging technology projects are deployed. Will serve as the primary resource to ensure proper hand-off of all order details from sales to project delivery team. This position will be also be responsible for receiving calls, emails and CM tickets, and effectively trouble-shooting and providing solutions as well as coordinating with supply chain to ensure visibility of all truck locations for emerging technology projects.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide support to dealers and customers specific to emerging technology projects.

  • Prepare and send out purchase orders for pre-project work to be accomplished by dealer technicians in support of emerging technology projects.

  • Ensure emerging technology CM tickets related to project management are routed for proper closure.

  • Interface with 3rd party vendors to track project change request and route to finance and accounting for processing.

  • Coordinate pre-sales activities up to project deployment to include tracking all emerging technology assets and coordinating shipment to third party vendors for technology integration.

  • Coordinate & communicate logistics updates to internal and external (technology partners)

  • Participate in weekly project update meetings

  • Capture notes, capture actions, and disseminate meeting notes

  • Update internal project schedules/spreadsheets to reflect updates groups.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS Degree or AS Degree preferred

  • With BS degree, entry level position

  • With AS Degree, 3 years of customer service role or system support role experience.

  • In lieu of degree, 5 + years of customer service role or system support role experience.

  • Direct customer service (phone and email)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • This individual will be providing more interface with dealers than nearly any other role on the team. This person needs to have the aptitude to learn our solution offerings quickly and share details with confidence. This person will need to make customers feel confident that they are supported.

*Compensation: *

The minimum annual salary for this full-time position is $59,600 .  Individual pay is based upon job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
