Boviet Solar Logistics Specialist in Greenville, North Carolina

**SUMMARY: Responsible for coordinating the storage, transportation, and delivery of goods. Managers oversee and liaise with colleagues to ensure stock is maintained and moved efficiently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages Inbound shipment coordination with factory, broker, warehouse and 3PL.
  • Coordinate with factory, broker, warehouse and 3PL on international inbound shipment to the distribution centers.
  • Liaison between internal sales team, 3PL and customer from order to delivery.
  • Manages outbound delivery, from overseas and distributions centers, to the customer in timely manner.
  • Work with factory and broker to ensure timely and accurate Customs filing.
  • Liaison between internal sales team, 3PL and customer from order to delivery.
  • Perform timely and accurate transactions in SAP, including but not limit to order creation, PO receiving and inventory transactions.
  • Manage service providers to achieve high OTD and exceptional services.
  • Manages service providers to achieve high service level.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Tracks and maintains accurate shipment status report.
  • Monitor and validate warehouse transactions vs. SAP records.
  • Assist in cycle and physical count.
  • Partners with the Finance team on operations and logistics aspects for month end closing and Inventory reconciliation.
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with co-workers and staff member at all levels of the Company.
  • Other tasks as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: *Education:*

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or other related field.

Experience:

  • 4+ year of experience in Logistics/operations/supply chain or related experience
  • Previous ERP experience a plus
  • Proficient in MS office
  • May require certification in assigned area
  • Must be able to legally work in the US without sponsorship
